Despite having a check-out time of 12 pm, I asked for an extension until 1.30 pm. The staff's response was beyond my expectations as they not only accommodated my request but also did so with a smile. The extra time in the room allowed me to wrap up my affairs in a stress-free manner. The consideration and flexibility they demonstrated truly exceeded my expectations. This hotel's commitment to providing exceptional customer service is truly commendable. With a comfortable and pleasant ambiance, friendly staff, and a willingness to go the extra mile, this hotel is a gem that I can't help but recommend wholeheartedly. The hotel is located a walking distance from New Delhi train and metro station, and a 15-minute walk from another station on the blue line, which is quite convenient if you don't mind a bit of walking. Plenty of dining options nearby, as well as small shops and travel agencies, if you need those. The room was good, though nothing special, AC was good, and hot water was readily available (do note that you should ask at the reception to turn it on before you wish to use it). There is a working elevator. Wi-fi was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for the money.

I stayed in this property for two night it was good I really enjoyed my stay there , the guy on reception rishi chouhan was very polite and gentle his service was brilliant, the was was good but the coushion was not so nice I wish they change the coushion cover of the room , and fix the bathrooms there was small holes on the corner of bathroom , staff was great and the manager was so great he helped me a lot his service was excellent I recommend this place

The bathroom was clean and we had wonderful access to hot water. The wifi strength was also incredible. The AC worked through -out the night and day. Close to the railway and had a variety of food options, from local to a Mcdonalds only a 2 minute walk. Overall we had a good experience.
